  Exceptional Kids:Gifted and other Exceptionalities

Time – there never seems to have enough for ourselves, for our children, for our family.  Where does it all go?

When we learn our child is gifted, wouldn’t it be nice to have an extra few hours a day handed to us?  That would truly be a gift.  Enjoy your winter holiday season.  Try turning off your phones, celebrate in your traditions, and watch how time slows down just a little.

Happy Holidays.

An "Exceptional" Quote:

“It takes courage to be oneself ... to be different and to like oneself despite the difference.  This courage takes time to develop, and it must be done during that stage
in life when conformity seems most important."
Judith Halsted (2002)
